Our equipment is specifically designed for micromachining and has twice the precision as conventional machining equipment. The technology enables medical device designers and manufacturers to obtain precision high-quality components with features as small as 0008in (020mm) and take a solid model or computer aided design (CAD) drawing to finished product in two to four weeks.

Micromolding: for medical devices

Micromolding from Mikrotech utilises best-in-class plastic injection molding equipment for prototype to high volume production. Ourequipment is specifically designed for micromolding and has twice the precision and repeatability as conventional molding equipment. It enables Mikrotech to achieve tolerance targets on complex components that conventional molders cannot maintain and streamline the manufacturing process to create a more robust and reliable design for production.
